Two years since the events that had occurred in the last film and Belial is now a father - he and the lovely Eve (whom he met at Granny's and is a similar composition to himself) now have offspring. Duane and Belial are not speaking following his brothers efforts to sew themselves back together. For Belial however everything appears to be going well.....until the Police kidnap the little creatures and all hell breaks loose, Belial goes on one of his rampages
