The second year of the traineeship marked a move away from the set of key learning outcomes we were required to produce. Effectively the KLO's were a gentle introduction into reflecting one one's practice. However the completion of twelve NVQ units provided a whole differelt proposition.
The idea behind NVQ's is simply this...we are asked to demonstrate our competence in a certain area of practice. For example managing risk would include evidence of my practice and a reflective journal as to what I have been doing to cover each learning point.
In this section I have provided the work, through each reflective practice journal, I undertook when sucessfully completing my set of NVQ units. All people involved in this section have been anonymised and are known simply as AA, BB, CC, DD etc....
