This section is a collection of war films that I have had the priveledge (or not) to watch. As you will see the movies take place within a variety of wars; including World War 2, the Napoleonic Wars, the Cambodian Civil war, Vietnam, the Trojan war, the Satsuma rebellion, the Anglo-Zulu war and the Cold War. Some of the movies are timeless classics (i.e. Dambusters, Platoon) and others do not quite live up to the hype and in some instances are ruined by the Amrican take on history (Pearl Harbour, U-571). Nevertheless I will endeavour to view and review further films, in the aim of expanding this section of the site....
