The idea behind these six key learning outcomes were essentially to get the trainee into the role of reflecting on their practice. I found it difficult to record what I did at the beginning simply because I felt like I was writing a diary entry. However as the year progressed I grew more comfortable with the idea, and although it provides the opportunity to experience a steep learning curve, it stood me in good stead for stage 2 of the traineeship.
The names of all involved will simply be shown as AA/BB/CC etc. An important aspect of producing this type of work is maintaining anonymity, and if we didn't we were penalised for it.
