It was something to see. Cops stopping Santas everywhere from here to the
state line. But that didn't matter to Billy....He knew
exactly where he
was going, and nothing was going to stop him!

The film commences in what appears to be
a tete a tete between Ricky (Billy's brother) and his doctor, whois
taking notes. I would suggest that the first forty minutes of this
installment are flashback, memories represented by the footage of
the first film. From the first film we know that Ricky
watched when Billy, dressed as Santa Claus, was shot to death in the orphanage.
Between his brother's earlier stories about their parent's deaths and the trauma
of seeing Billy killed, Ricky does not like elves or Santa either!!. The orphanage
            therefore
arrived upon a novel solution though: give him to the Jewish family!
Except for a few isolated incidents, the Ricky passes into the
teen years without much trouble. His adopted father's death is what seems to
trigger the early steps toward butchery. The first two victims (separated by
several years) are Eddie and Rocko; although it could be argued that he was
actually doing society a favour as Eddie's abused girlfriend even makes
a point of saying, "Thank you." to him after killing poor old Eddie.
The trend of infrequently killing '
naughty people' might have continued for years, had Jennifer not entered the
picture. Ricky falls deeply in love with the girl, but she could best be described
as promiscuous, and the catalyst for Ricky's killing spree appears
to be that of jealousy after one guy informs him that he has 'been
there and done that.' Of course this male ends up dying painfully,
and Jennifer follows after she shows disdain for his actions.
  When the rampage
            happens, everything
seems disjointed. Suddenly Ricky is walking down the street, shooting people at
random. The first movie had some form of motivate as 'naught people were killed',
yet Ricky just seems to kill anyone. Of course these events re also
flashbacks and we note that the psychologist is still taking notes.....although
it isn't long before the poor old psychologist falls victim to Ricky
and he escapes the mental institution. Where is Ricky going?? And
            can he be stopped????
